Our vision is to design new innovative commercial catering equipment and build a whole product range offering new and exciting technology to improve commercial kitchens natinonwide and in the future worldwide. We want to position ourselves to be able to carry out any job or brief no matter how large or small. We want to become a market leader within our field.
Company Profile.
South Catering Fabrication Ltd started life when it evolved from its sister company Hot and Cold Bournemouth Ltd. The managing director started his first ever company as a domestic appliance engineer and retailer which after time grew and lead to him changing into the commercial catering equipment sector. He then opened Hot And Cold Bournemouth Ltd which offered repair services and retailing second hand catering equipment. Eventually after years of experience working with commercial machines he decided he wanted to manufacture his own machines taking the weakness's of these machines and making them strengths. Then South Catering Fabrication Ltd was born. Starting with Turkish Mangals and leading to chargrills and eventually chicken rotisseries the company started selling these products to local restaurants and establishments in the Dorset area. After great feedback he decided to invest more into this side of the business. Moving to larger premises in Christchurch Dorset and investing in laser technology to improve the workmanship and time scales the company makes daily sales of the Turkish Mangal and Chargrills and fitting out full extraction systems and now is working on new future products to bring to market.
